It’s nearing the end of the year and C2U would like to give a big thank you to all our customers! During 2022 we have had the honor to work with and support 86 different customers. We have had the opportunity to follow our customers around the world. Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Germany, France, Spain, USA, Canada, Japan and India have been our field of work during 2022.
The assignments have spanned from supporting start of new facilities and markets, develop and implement lean business systems to increasing performance through operational excellence and supplier development. We have also given training and coaching in our Lean Training Center, at customer sites and in our unique training program in Japan.
We have also provided interim solutions for key management positions at our customers.
Last but not least, we have had many opportunities to share our knowledge and give inspiration within the field of lean and change management as speakers in conferences, at customers and in different networks.
We look forward to the collaboration with new and existing customers in 2023!
