Mikako was a key player in introducing the Lean philosophy at Saab Automobile in the late 1990s. In 2001, she decided to use her knowledge of continuous improvement and change management externally, and started as a consultant at JMAC Scandinavia. Since then, she has worked with improvement and development processes for numerous companies, both locally and globally. Mikako is unique in that she has both very good skills in systematic continuous improvement and speaks Japanese.
