Fredrik has a long experience and proven capability of managing medium to big sized international Manufacturing Operations.

He has had General Manager or Board of Directors responsibilities in Switzerland, Czeckia, Poland, Slovakia, Hungary, Russia, Sweden, and Germany as well as experience from projects and managerial initiatives in China, Portugal, Baltics, US and Denmark.

Strong track record in restructuring of manufacturing and supply chain footprints. Building and closing plants. Moving and consolidating the production technologies and transferring product lines. Product development and production launches. Driving investments in; automation, digitalization, energy efficiency and insourcing.

Comfortable both in board rooms, outlining strategies, programs and implementation plans, as well as on shopfloor, teaching, coaching, challenging and role modeling.
