Fredrik joins us from his previous position as responsible for Lean deployment at Arla Foods’ 45 manufacturing sites. He a has passion for and a very deep Lean knowledge. He has hands-on experience from managing Lean Six Sigma projects in product quality, delivery performance and productivity in industries ranging from aerospace and automotive to chemicals and food. The last years, Fredrik has worked with organizations like Arla Foods and Insula, driving Lean transformations, turn arounds and operational excellence.

Fredrik has also worked as a lead commodity buyer, procurement project manager and product cost manager for Volvo Group and Volvo Aero (GKN). He is an excellent problem solver and is known for delivering results. Fredrik is relaxed in his communication with both shopfloor and management boards.
